With its rain and tall trees Washington can be a difficult place for a backyard garden. This year has been one of our better attempts at getting something to grow. It's actually the first time we have really been successful with corn. We also have plenty of zucchini, yellow squash, various peppers, green beans, tomatoes, parsley, and corn. In a couple of more weeks we should see an abundance of carrots.
