Bryant, his friend Jared, and myself spent the weekend of August 9th and 10th at Potholes State Park. It is located in Eastern Washington. It is about 3 hours east of Seattle and just south of Moses Lake. It is a huge reservoir. Its a popular site for both water skiing and fishing. Jared had been there a few times previous but it was the first time for Bryant and myself. We camped at the state park but spent most of our time fishing at the docks of Mar Don's resort. It was less than a mile down the road. Jared had Bryant all excited about the trip because of the "Big Lunkers" he promised off the docks of Mar Don. We did catch some big fish. The weather was great and we enjoyed the water.
