Bryant and all of his 147 pounds are playing football this year for the
Woodinville JV Falcons. They have a very respectable team and Bryant plays
receiver, defensive back, and is the deep guy who return punts.
To his misfortune the Falcons line up in punt block formation for every punt and
so he is on his own for returns. Bryant hates the fair catch so he has had
his share of good pops. We are glad he is still alive.
Highlights for Bryant this year include a 60 yard interception return for a
touchdown against the Garfield JV at Garfield. A low point would be
seeing a yellow flag after the touchdown and finding out their was a clip on the
return. The interception would stand but the touchdown came back.
Other high points include big wins over Bellevue and the Skyline JV's as well as
suiting up for varsity games and getting a first hand view of all the success of
the Falcon football team this year. They are 5-1 and look to be on their
way to the playoffs. Go Falcons!
