Salted Carmel Bites

1 cup OffBeat Salted Caramel Butter or Almond Butter
1/2 cup raw honey
1 serving CSE Simply Vanilla Protein Powder
1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup sugar in the raw
1 tsp caramel extract (if using almond butter)

1) Add the Caramel Butter or almond butter to bowl
2) Add Honey, protein powder, and rolled oats
3) Mix until will combined
4) Stir in caramel extract if needed
5) Scoop into balls using a small cookie scoop
6) Place sugar into a bowl and roll each ball into the sugar
7) Place balls into container
8) Store in fridge
