8 oz lean ground turkey
1/2 cup onions
2 cup crushed tomato
1 cup sweet corn
1 cup black beans
2 TB Taco Seasoning
1 cup water or chicken broth

Topping
--------------
8 TBS Mozzarella
4 TBS Yogurt
100 g avocado
Pepper


Directions

1) Brown Meat and onions
2) Add crushed tomato and corn, beans, and taco seasoning
3) Add water/broth and Simmer 30 minutes

Serve with toppings
