High Protein Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs Turkey Sausage (Jenni O Breakfast sausage)
3 cups cottage cheese
12 eggs
Garlic Powder
1 package shredded potatoes (Simply Potatoes)
6 oz grated cheese
Directions
1) Brown Turkey Sausage
2) Separately blend eggs and cottage cheese
3) Add Garlic Powder to blended mixture
4) Grate Cheese
5) Layer ingredients in baking pan, turkey sausage, egg mixture, potatoes, then cheese
6) Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
Divide into six portions
