Amelia's Granola

Ingredients
6 cups oatmeal
2 cuts almonds
2 cups cashews
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup)
1/2 cup canola oil
1.5 tsp salt
1 cup craisins (optional)
1 cup puffed rice (optional)
optionally add sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.



Directions
Add dry ingredients together
Add wet ingredients together
Mix the dry with the wet
Spread across a cookie sheet
Add craisins after you cook if adding those

Bake 250 for 1 hour 15 minutes
