Baked Dijon Salmon

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter melted
3 TB Dijon style mustard
1.5 TB Honey
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
4 tsp fresh parsley chopped
4 4oz salmon filets
1 lemon
salt and pepper


Directions
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2) In medium bowl, stir together butter, mustard and honey and set aside.

3) In another medium bowl, mix bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.

4) Brush each salmon filet lightly with honey mustard mixture, and sprinkle filets with bread crumb mixture.

5) Bake salmon until flakes easily with fork. Approximately 10 or 15 minutes.

6) Season with salt and pepper and serve with lemon wedge.
