Berry Pie

Ingredients
Filling
-------------
1 bag frozen marion berries - 4 cups
1/2 cup sugar
3 T tapioca
1/8 tsp salt
2 T butter

Crust
------------
1 cup flour
1/2 cups + 1 T crisco shortening
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt


Directions
1) Place berries in bowl
2) Stir in tapioca to coat berries
3) Place berries in pie crust
4) Cover with top crust and poke holes in crust
5) Cook for 45 minutes at 410 degrees then 10 more minutes at 360 degrees

Pie Crust
-------------------------
Measure flour & crisco seperately.
Cut in the crisco into half of the flour with pastry blender (25 strokes)
Cut in remaining flour (15 strokes)
