Spanakopita (Greek Spinach pie)

Ingredients
2 bags fresh spinach, chopped
1 bunch dill
1 bunch spring onions
6 eggs beaten
12 oz. feta, crumbled
espresso cup of olive oil
salt and pepper
1 package of filo
oil and butter to brush on filo
Directions
1) Mix everything in large bowl
2) brush 9 x 13 pan with oil
3) Begin layering, brush each layer with butter
4) At middle, place the filo across sideways
5) Pour all of the spinach mixture
6) Layer again long wise
7) Brush extra butter on top layer
8) Cut into squares or triangles
9) Bake at 350-375 until golden crispy, about 1 hour uncovered
