Ingredients
1.5 lbs. large elbow pasta
3 chicken bullions
3 lbs. ground beef
2 TB Tomato paste
3 onions chopped
Salt and Pepper
3 sticks + 6 TB butter
1.5 cups flour
10 cups milk
10 eggs, beaten
Parmesan Cheese + nutmeg (or Ketalotiri)
Directions
1) Brown onions and meat
2) Add Tomato paste and season with bullion cubes, water, and ground pepper.
3) Cook all the way
4) Boil pasta, just slightly undercooked
5) Mix with olive oil and salt, set aside
6) Layer 1/2 pasta, meat, 1/2 pasta, Bechemel Sauce, grated cheese
Bechemel Sauce

Melt butter in large pot
Wisk in flour and cook, stirring constantly
Sir, and milk, and continue to cook until thick (20 min)
Season with Salt, pepper, and nutmeg
Remove from heat
Add eggs (tempered so they don't scramble), whisk entire time
Bake uncovered 350 for one hour
