Keftedes (Greek Meatballs)

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
2 slices of bread, torn in pieces
1 onion grated
1 egg
1 bunch italian parsley chopped
1 TB Oregano
1 tsp salt
Ground pepper
Olive oil (1 espresso cup)
1 tsp red wine vinegar


Directions
1) Mix all ingredients together with your hands in a mixing bowl
2) Roll into meatballs
3) Coat lightly with flour (put flour in shallow bowl)
4) In a skillet, heat oil for pan frying
5) Cook meatballs in batches until cooked through
6) Serve with Greek Tzatziki (cucumber yogurt) sauce
