One Pan Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
2 TB butter
2 cups white mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 cup onions yellow
1 tsp garlic minced
6 oz lean ground beef
1/2 tsp thyme
2 TB whole wheat flour
2 TB vinegar (white wine)
3 cups beef stock
1 TB Worcester sauce
1 TB Dijon Mustard
8 oz Rotini Banza Chickpea
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1 dash sea salt
1 dash black pepper
Directions
1) chop onions and quarter mushrooms. Place in large pan over medium heat. Add butter and melt. Then add onions, mushrooms, and garlic to pan. Cook about 3 minutes until onions are translucent.
2) Add ground beef. Stir constantly until browned. Add thyme and flour.
3) Add vinegar, beef stock, worcester sauce, mustard, and rotini. Stir together and bring to boil. Cover and lower heat. Simmer for 7-9 minutes or until pasta is tender.
4) Remove lid and add in greek yogurt.
