Apple Butter Crepes

Ingredients
2 eggs
3/4 cup egg whites
120 g bananas
1 cup high protein waffle mix
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Stevia in Raw

Crepe Filling
---------------------
200 g apples
1/2 TB Coconut Oil
1 tsp Cinnamon
4 TB CSE Butters salted Caramel
1/2 serving CSE Vanilla protein
1/2 cup greek yogurt
4 TB calorie free maple syrup


Directions
1) Heat pan over medium heat
2) chop apples
3) Add all crepe ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
4) Spray pan with cooking spray. Pour 1/2 cup of crepe mixture into pan
5) Swirl pan to spread crepe. Flip when it bubbles. Repeat for all crepes
6) Add apples, coconut oil, and cinnamon in frying pan. Saute until tender. Remove from heat
7) Mix crepe filling ingredients until smooth. Use to fill crepes
8) Top with apples
9) Drizzle with syrup
