Cheesy Roasted Vegggies

Ingredients
24 oz butternut squash cubed
6 chicken sausage links
4 cups green beans
4 laughing cow cheese wedges
salt and pepper


Directions
1) Preheat oven to 400
2) Peel and cube squash
3) Slice chicken sausage into rounds
4) Place squash, beans, and sausage on baking sheet line with parchment paper
5) I optionally added zucchinni and some onions
6) roast for 20 minutes
7) Flip and add cheese wedges, roast for 10 more minutes
8) Dump entire sheet into large bowl, stir and serve.
