Banana Cookies

1 1/4 sugar
2/3 cups butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
2 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt


Directions

1) Cream sugar and butter
2) Combine and Add vanilla, eggs, and bananna
3) Sift then add flour, bp, soda, and salt
4) Mix well
5) Scoop onto cookie sheet
6) Top with cinnamon and sugar (combine 1/4 cup sugar with 1/2 tsp cinnamon)
7) Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes

I craved these one Sunday shortly after we were married. Keri went around asking the friends and neighbors for bananas to make these since we had none.
