Mom's Lion House Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
2 T yeast
2 C warm water
1/3 C sugar
1/3 C Oil
2 1/2 t salt
2/3 C dry milk
1 egg
5 1/3 cups flour
Cinnamon Mix : Brown sugar and cinnamon
Frosting : 2 C powdered sugar and 1/4 C margarine + 1/8 cup O.J.



Directions
Mix yeast and warm water
Mix all the rest of the ingredients minus flour
Add flour progressively and mix (2C + 2C + 1 1/3C)
Let Raise (about an hour and a half)
Roll out and cook after 5 min
Spread with butter after rolled out
Cover with Cinnamon Mix (Brown Sugar and Cinnamon)
Cook 400 degrees for 15-20 min
Top with frosting : 2 C powdered sugar and 1/4 C margarine
