Fresh Hommous

Dried garbanzo beans
1 to 3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup of Tahini
1/4 cup of lemon juice (or fresh lemon)

1) Let dried garbanzo beans soak overnight (equivalent to 1 cans worth)
2) Drain and boil for one hour in new water
3) Add beans with reserve liquid to blender
4) The reserve liquid is about equal the amount you would find in a can of beans
5) Add peeled garlic cloves
6) Add Tahini, lemon juice, and salt
7) Blend until smooth (add tahini, juice, and salt to taste)
8) If mixture is too thick add more reserved liquid
9) Spread on plate and drizzle with olive oil
