West Chop Corn

Edit Recipe!
3 cups fresh cut corn
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
pinch of cayenne
salt and pepper
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp fresh bread crumbs
3 tbsp parmesan cheese

Stir together corn, cream, thyme, and cayenne
Pour mixture into a buttered baking dish
Grind pepper over and sprinkle lightly with salt
Mix together bread crumbs and parmesan cheese
Sprinke bread and cheese mixture on top of corn
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
