German Oven Pancake

6 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
Melted butter
Sifted powdered sugar

In a blender, combine eggs, milk and melted butter. Cover and blend on low speed until mixed. Add flour and salt; cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.
Pour into well greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
