Lemon Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients
2 half gallons vanilla ice cream
1 can of lemon juice (concentrate) standard size
graham crackers


Directions
Blend softened ice cream and juice together
Add small amount of food coloring to enhance the color
Crumble graham crackers seperately
Layer bottom of pan with graham crackers
Fill with ice cream juice mixture
Layer top with graham crackers
Let freeze
Slightly defrost before serving
