1 whole egg
2 egg whites
Sea Salt @ black pepper
1 slice turkey bacon
25 gram avocado, sliced
2 tomato slices
handful mixed greens

1. Heat skillet to medium/high heat.
2. Fry egg and season to likeness
3. Cook Bacon
4. Toast Muffin
5. Sandwich greens, bacon, eggs, tomato, and avocado in the middle
